Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Manita Made! We are committed to packaging your order with care and getting it shipped out as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During launches, sales, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have the package resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Manita Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mm@manitamade.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a solution if the damage occurred during packaging or fulfillment.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping availability may vary depending on location and carrier availability. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
