At Manita Made every item is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
* Delayed shipping caused by carriers
* Minor color variations due to screen settings
* Improper handling or use of products after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mm@manitamade.com with:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution if the mistake was on our end.

Lost Packages

Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
